We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead, B2B SaaS to drive the growth of SPREAD’s products in our target industries. You’ll be part of the small-but-mighty Marketing team, creating valuable, high-impact messaging, educating the market, and positioning SPREAD in front of our target audience of Systems Engineers and Automotive Tech leaders.
You’re the ideal candidate for this role if you’re, driven, creative, fun, analytical, critical-thinking, solution-driven, curious about the latest trends in AI & Engineering Intelligence, and have a knack for Marketing.
Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke, and/or cats.

Professional experience: you have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Sales Enablement roles;
- Industry knowledge: previous experience in the AI, Automotive and Manufacturing industries is a huge plus;
- Linguistic abilities: you have native-level German and excellent English language skills – especially written;
- Communication & storytelling: you’re an excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex technical concepts and larger narratives into simple key messages;
- Customer-centricity: you have proven experience with customer journey mapping, persona development, and customer-centric marketing approaches.
- Project management & strategy: you have excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives with strategic, conceptual thinking
- Cross-functional leadership: you have strong leadership and collaboration skills, and you’re comfortable working with lots of different teams inside and outside of SPREAD
- Team contribution: you’re solution-oriented, creative, analytical, and bring a high level of ownership to your projects
- Continuous learning: you’re passionate about technology trends and learning about AI, mechatronics, and Systems Engineering;
- Bonus qualifications: data analytics tools, CRM software, CMS, website management, automation software, performance campaign managers, and other online marketing tools.
