Job Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Product Marketing Lead at Allied Air Enterprises, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the development, adoption, and success of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and distribution to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of product positioning, market dynamics, and customer insights.

THE COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS APPROXIMATELY $113,050 - $139,650 AND WILL BE BASED ON THE CANDIDATE’S QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years B2B experience desired in an industrial or white goods industry, HVAC industry experience a plus
  • Technical inclination/aptitude is required
  • Requires full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer value proposition
  • Must be able to creatively apply extensive marketing knowledge including branding, product life-cycle, competitive positioning, and communications
  • Requires strong cross-functional leadership abilities and capability to lead through influence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full life-cycle management of products from development to end of life including defining the vision, strategy, market opportunity, positioning and value propositions as well as Phase in / Phase out strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define product specifications, development viability, and business case requirements.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including commercialization and pricing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Shape the feature/benefit story around the brand into a compelling competitive advantage.
Partner with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and events.
Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of commercialization and go-to-market initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Act as a subject matter expert on our products, with responsibility for crafting and confidently evangelizing the compelling product sales story for the sales team, distributors and contractors
Drive product awareness and thought leadership through participation in industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Lead the development and execution of go to market plans (Phase-in\Phase-out (PIPO), Price Volume Margin (PVM), and product availability requirements).
