Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success and growth of our innovative products. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage your deep understanding of market trends to position our products effectively in the market. Web3 experience is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive product adoption and growth.
  • Product Positioning: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Go-to-Market Plans: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating with product development, sales, and communication teams.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, videos, and presentations.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and adoption.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience in AI, blockchain, or gaming industries is a plus.
  • Web3 experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with internal stakeholders.
