Responsibilities:

As a Competitive Intelligence PMM at Moveworks you will develop a competitive intelligence program to drive go-to-market strategy, enable the field, and help make Moveworks the undisputed leader in our industry.

Our AI is redefining how companies support employees, allowing them to stay productive wherever they’re working and whenever they need help. The recent advancements in AI (with the advent of ChatGPT and other LLM technologies) have created huge tailwinds for our business and have immensely accelerated our roadmap. Now more than ever, we need your expertise to communicate the value of our products at scale. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, defining strategy while rolling up your sleeves to get things done, this role is for you.

  • Conduct first-party research into Moveworks and competing products to develop insights into different approaches for solving similar problems.
  • Develop a strong foundation in competitive differentiators and the ability to distill them for a non-technical audience.
  • Partner with PM and technical architects to understand the differentiators.
  • Develop enablement content to empower GTM teams to represent our competitive strengths.
  • Be extremely proficient in the art of influencing requirements and needs that play to our strengths.
  • Be persuasive in 1-1 discussions with senior IT leaders.
  • Maintain and update all tier 1 competitive content such that it is readily usable by all GTM teams.
  • Develop and run a win/loss program that helps us better understand our strengths and weaknesses.
