Description:

Swedish language professional proficiency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

The EU Emerging Stores team is seeking an experienced, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to help define and manage the onsite marketing strategy for amazon.se and work on projects that support the goals of the broader EU Emerging Stores business. The candidate will manage a number of areas and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to improve the onsite journey and support goals around perception, customer acquisition and retention. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering high quality customer experience to our Swedish customers and other EU Emerging Stores.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own ongoing strategy and implementation of key onsite merchandising workstreams such as specialized stores, brand-funded initiatives, deal events and reputational projects
  • Coordinate experiments across the store to ensure that we are optimizing for the best possible customer experience
  • Lobbying for and supporting the delivery/adoption of new features/tools that contribute to better customer experience and increased team productivity
  • Gathering and deriving actionable insights from customer data and anecdotes
