REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing or related fields
  • 5+ years experience in a product marketing or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Story telling and content creation skills
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage projects to completion

Tech Evangelism: Communicate Fivecast product innovation and value proposition across marketing channels including:

  • Speaking or demonstrating at industry events and conferences
  • Briefing partners on company and product updates
  • Speaking on podcasts, webinars and PR interviews when required
  • Build relationships with partners, industry organizations and key stakeholders

Responsibilities:

The Product Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the global Fivecast Marketing team, supporting the execution of the marketing plan and helping to drive awareness, lead generation and revenue growth across our customer base in national security, defence, law enforcement and corporate security through effective product marketing strategies. Success in this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally across organizational teams including product management, product development, tradecraft, data science and sales, excellent written and verbal communications skills, a keen customer focus and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-career professional to gain valuable experience in the high-tech digital intelligence industry and make their mark with a rapidly growing scale-up.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage go-to-market strategies & product marketing campaigns:

  • Craft Fivecast’s product storytelling vision and voice and create the messaging and positioning for new releases, ensuring all product messaging is accurate & pitched at the correct customer segment.
  • Shape and manage all product marketing campaigns to target prospective customers, clearly communicating Fivecast’s product innovation and value propositions.
  • Produce high quality, product-focused content that communicates Fivecast messaging and differentiators including:
  • Solution & Industry briefs
  • Customer case studies
  • Product presentations & pitch decks
  • Blogs
  • Webinar content
  • Work with customers to get quotes, customer stories and referrals

Market Research & Sales Enablement:

  • Research, understand and articulate the target audience, market segments, ideal customer profile (ICP) and personas, customer challenges and buying patterns for Fivecast product lines.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to plan the GTM for new product releases.
  • Educate sales and other departments on product messaging, positioning, competitive differentiators, target segments and the value proposition, so they can have more effective and product conversations with potential customers and expedite sales cycles.
  • Identify market growth opportunities and assist in planning GTM and demand generation strategies.

Tech Evangelism: Communicate Fivecast product innovation and value proposition across marketing channels including:

  • Speaking or demonstrating at industry events and conferences
  • Briefing partners on company and product updates
  • Speaking on podcasts, webinars and PR interviews when required
  • Build relationships with partners, industry organizations and key stakeholders.

Support other global marketing and demand generation initiatives as required:

  • Support Fivecast presence at Industry Conferences with presentation materials and other content.
  • Help to define topics and themes for thought leadership marketing campaigns and assist in producing content for campaigns including webinars, white papers, blogs and case studies.
