Looking for an opportunity to leverage your leadership, strategic planning, and product management skills? We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, to join our Marketing team at goeasy. In this role, you will be responsible for our suite of value-add financial wellness products that help our customers improve their financial health. These products include credit rebuilding tools and a benefits package inclusive of home, auto and other services. You will also take play a key role in supporting and developing a suite of new financial products and services.
You’ll lead end-to-end product roadmaps, ensure optimal growth and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on product development and management, with a specific focus on ancillary and credit card products
  • Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, including strong presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and teams across goeasy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Clear track record of performance in similar roles, showcasing strong leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Innately innovative and curious, constantly seeking new opportunities and thinking outside the box to drive product innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to inform decisions and optimize performance.
    Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, managing multiple priorities with an entrepreneurial, creator mindset.
    Expertise successfully working with third-party vendors and partners, an expert at relationship management.
    We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, between our Mississauga and downtown Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the success, design and development of a suite of financial wellness products including credit optimizer, home & auto and future financial products and services.
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end product roadmap, focusing on value proposition, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize the overall and individual health of the product portfolio for growth, customer satisfaction, and engagement, exceeding P&L targets.
  • Drive profitable growth through prioritization of initiatives and optimization, taking ownership and accountability.
  • Partner with customer experience to lead and drive customer experience improvements to drive increased value for customers and the P&L including driving relevant customer insights and research assignments
  • Responsibility over product P&L including relevant product and pricing decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and supervise progress against strategic initiatives and product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with digital, lifecycle, and integrated marketing teams as well as other cross-functional teams including operations, risks, legal and finance to develop strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to inform decisions and strategy using data.
