Product Marketing Manager
The Role:
Hoxton Capital Management is a private wealth advisory business, which focuses on servicing both international investors and expatriates worldwide. We are at the forefront of developing a cutting-edge wealth management app equipped with powerful tools such as net worth tracking and a suite of free financial tools. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our product.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive Product Marketing Strategy from inception, shaping the market presence of our wealth management app.
  • Lead the definition and execution of product go-to-market plans, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
  • Relentlessly strive to unpack customer understanding through audience research, ensuring a deep understanding of user motivations and behaviors.
  • Create and execute a playbook for introducing users to new and existing features, utilizing in-app communications, campaigns, and other key communication opportunities to drive retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer services, marketing, and design, to fuel product adoption, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive successful product launches.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to meet dynamic business requirements, including but not limited to copywriting, enhancing onboarding conversion rates, devising content strategies, and managing email/push and distribution activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and media outlets to increase app awareness and credibility.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in various aspects of marketing, including branding, positioning, targeted outreach, strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events, and communication.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, user experience, design, marketing, and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
  • Experience in creating and executing innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for actionable, data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategy.
  • Experience in Consumer Tech, Consumer Goods, Internet, and other B2C industries is preferred.
