Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, Integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) will:

  • Understand the market to build impactful stories: You’ll know our customers and the market intimately, and work closely with the Director and the PMM team to identify the most impactful product narratives for Jobber to communicate.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market: You’ll use creative thinking and a revenue mindset to plan and execute impactful, cross-company GTM moments. You’ll understand the business impact and know how to pivot or evolve to keep us moving toward our goals.

Champion our product positioning: You’ll work with teams across Jobber to implement our product positioning strategy so it’s clearly communicated to the market and to our customers through channels like: sales, customer success, social, website, customer newsletters, and partners. Lead internal enablement: You’ll keep the entire organization connected and excited about our product through a solid internal comms strategy. You’ll keep the PMM and customer-facing teams connected, to make sure we have the right motions in place to set them up for success.Push for GTM excellence: You’ll learn from what’s working and what’s not, and make improvements to things like: integrated go-to-market process, product tiering frameworks and product roadmapping.
