JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of an energetic and dynamic team dedicated to driving data-driven marketing strategies that will accelerate user acquisition, transactions and retention on the Kris+ mobile app. The individual will have the opportunity to manage SIA Group and third party assets on our cutting-edge digital lifestyle platform.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a bachelor degree in any discipline; preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media.
  • Has experience in app and growth marketing, with good understanding of best practices across different online and offline channels.
  • Has Experience in Marketing Technology such as mobile measurement platforms and cross-channel mobile marketing tools will be advantageous.
  • Must be comfortable with handling data and numbers; in doing so be capable of coming up with marketing campaigns and strategy that drive commercial outcomes
  • Must have an attitude for constant experimentation and outcome measurement and accountability.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Product Management / Communications/ Advertising is preferred.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify policies in a relatable and understandable manner.
  • Digitally savvy, able to multi-task and excel under pressure.
  • Excellent command of the English language; command other languages will be an advantage.
  • A customer-centric, results-oriented self-starter, strong team player, adaptable and nimble.

Responsibilities:

  • App growth and marketing strategy: Using a combination of Kris+ internal data sources, external research, and past work experience, execute regular reviews and provide recommendations on Kris+ app marketing strategy. Key aspects of marketing strategy include (i) identifying areas of opportunity for revenue generation and cost optimisation (i) determining marketing resource allocation, (ii) carrying out commercial performance projections and target setting/tracking. Must apply app growth marketing philosophies.
  • App Content Management: Curate and manage captivating content on the Kris+ mobile application.
  • Product Features and Tools: Work alongside Product Managers and User Experience teams to deliver Product features that improve the Kris+ customer journey.
  • Marketing technology and attribution: Play the role of subject matter expert and implementer for key marketing technology that support the commercial growth of Kris+. Key focus areas include implementation and enhancement of customer communication tools and mobile measurement attribution tools. In addition, work with Product team to ensure key data points/events are captured from the marketing tools, such that these can be used to drive commercial actions.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute campaigns to acquire new Kris+ users while increasing stickiness, engagement and driving transactions. Lead and execute end-to-end strategic and tactical campaigns that fuel growth. Monitor campaign performance metrics including new user acquisition, user engagement in app, retention, conversions and campaigns effectiveness.
  • Manage Third Party Revenue Streams: Boost advertising revenue and sales commission by collaborating with Kris+ Partnerships unit to design and implement attractive Kris+ merchant partner marketing campaigns directed at our customers.
  • Data analysis: Be familiarised with app and customer data, and be the key stakeholder in identifying opportunities and gaps in our data strategy (e.g. identify what kind of data model we need, important data to be captured) to help drive commercial growth. Must be familiar with growth hacking philosophy of experimentation and iteration.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment for user acquisition and marketing campaigns. Seek new, cost-effective marketing channels and tactics.
