About the Role:
As Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead Marketing programs for a significant product or category. You will evaluate market research, identify enhancements for products, and develop strategies for product life-cycle, including direction, advertising, and pricing. You will interface with Engineers, Designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the external market environment by keeping up to date with customer trends, market trends and competitor activity. Research of target markets, including customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Working alongside the product team to be the voice of the customer in product enhancements.
  • Carry out customer communication and messaging development by developing compelling messaging around customer challenges and solutions, including copy for customer release emails, product websites, feature descriptions, Sales packs and demos.
  • Develop material to support messaging from Sale enablement material to thought leadership pieces.
  • Support the Product Marketing Lead with global product and feature launch campaigns.
  • Support the development and roll-out of GTM materials.
  • Help coordinate and project manage GTM initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Engage digital and content teams to ensure messaging resonates digitally and through all content development.
  • Work with the Demand generation team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns to generate leads and meetings for the sales team.
  • Gathering of customer statements/testimonials and implementation into product marketing material.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of SaaS solutions and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to understand complex topics and create engaging content with clear messaging.
  • The ability to take on the customer’s perspective, represent the interests of the customer internally and create value-oriented messaging.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good skills in all basic Microsoft Office productivity tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other Marketing tools, including Marketing Automation and CRM.
  • Quick adaption of unknown or newly implemented MarTech and project management tools.
  • A holistic view of programs and initiatives.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while staying on top of deadlines.
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to lead and guide the creation of product marketing materials from end to end.
  • Comfortable with collating data, analyzing it and finding insights.
