At EG Industrials we are at the forefront of transforming the logistics landscape through technology-driven solutions. We are committed to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of road transportation for freight forwarders. Our goal is to empower our customers with innovative tools that streamline their operations and drive their success.
We have a team spread across 4 locations in Denmark: Aarhus, Kolding, Ikast, Copenhagen, and India: Mangalore. We are a growing team of 30+ people building the product. You will be part of the Product Management and Marketing team, which manages products across Asset management, transportation, and quality management products under the Industrial Business Unit.

DEFINE AND EXECUTE OUR MARKETING STRATEGIES

We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies for our logistics product targeted at the road transportation industry. This role requires a mix of marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs to effectively position and promote our product.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software product, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Moreover your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market and resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing strategies with product development and roadmaps.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with all departments to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, such as case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns and work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies support sales objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, including customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing team to leverage central capability and skills.

Product Manager with a marketing mindset
You are skilled in the product management discipline, and as a person you are engaged, independent and able to act in your job!
We believe it is important that you deeply understand our business model and the intricate dynamics of the logistics and transportation industry aligning product development with our broader business goals. With a commercial mindset and the ability to understand the market, you are able to craft marketing strategies, conducting market research, and execute product-specific campaigns.

There are some key elements we find essential in our Product Managers:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Your decision-making is always supported by market analysis or by deep customer knowledge and interaction, ensuring our products genuinely solve user problems.
  • Experiene running marketing campaigns for SaaS products.
  • Comfortable working with digital tool to product media with limited support.
  • Good working knowledge manage marketing content in one of the Nordic languages.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Sales Force marketing cloud of similar tools.
  • Experience building marketing/communication strategy for SaaS products.
