About the role
The Product Marketing specialist will be part of the brand and product marketing team and will work to connect our Shipping and Logistics offerings to our customers. The team is dedicated to understanding both the inside of DFDS but even more so the customers we serve and how we best connect with them. As such the person we are looking for will be engaging customers to understand how we best communicate.

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?:

  • Messaging Mastery: Craft impactful messaging and positioning materials that empower our Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling assets and successfully close deals.
  • Strategic Launch Planning: Design and execute strategic product launch marketing plans, collaborating closely with fellow members of the Marketing team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Brand Shaping Collaboration: Work closely with agencies and internal departments to shape the identity of our B2B categories and products, ensuring a compelling and coherent narrative.
  • Content Innovation: Foster and support the creation of creative content, including podcasts, videos, visuals, and other media to enhance the story of our products.
  • Ownership of Success Metrics: Define and own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that directly impact the growth and success of our company.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment.

About you

  • Proven Track Record: You can demonstrate a successful track record of leading product marketing initiatives, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • Experience: You bring 5-7 years of relevant work experience to the table, with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics.
  • Storytelling Passion: You exhibit a passion for storytelling, eager to reshape the narrative around Transport and Logistics in a modern and engaging way.
  • Innovative Mindset: You embrace the challenge of transforming industry perceptions, bringing a fresh, modern, and contemporary perspective to our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You excel in building positive relationships and collaborations both internally and externally.
