  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining performance reports to track marketing tactic effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Ideally you will have equivalent related work experience or a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in utilizing the Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP 3.0) to manage new product introductions, communicate product updates, and develop marketing campaigns to meet branch objectives for specific production systems over the equipment’s life. You will be responsible for communicating with global production systems teams, localizing information for internal customers, dealers, and end users, and developing and maintaining reports to monitor branch tactic effectiveness and sales performance reports for assigned product groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the cross-functional Australian and New Zealand Marketing Launch Plan for the respective Production Systems Team.
  • Participate in global Marketing Launch Plan discussions, Production Systems updates, and the Master Product Availability document process.
  • Lead the brief and communication for advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and communicate product updates, including online product release information to internal stakeholders, and develop and distribute marketing information bulletins to Dealers.
  • Coordinate identified corporate/industry sponsored events for assigned product segments.
  • Support the coordination of the Tactic Planning process and develop documentation to support the messaging of the plan to internal staff and dealers.
  • Capture the sales responses, gaps, and requirements for plan achievement and gather information for the Production Systems Manager to determine future direction/strategy.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to monitor and track the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics and sales performance.
  • Develop presentations for delivery by managers at industry events and manage the Tactical Marketing consignment inventory utilized at events.
