Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a Product Marketing or a GTM role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in executing go-to-market strategies that achieve commercial success.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market dynamics, customer segmentation, and funnel dynamics to inform actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in or willingness to upskill in PowerBI and Snowflake is expected for data analysis.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, acting as a connector between functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to reinforce the narratives for products and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Product Marketer to join the team as a Product Marketing Specialist. Your role will drive the execution of GTM strategies for the Partner Channel.
You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute the GTM plan(s) for prioritised initiatives that drive product awareness, generate demand, and support SME volume acquisition and retention within the Partner Program member base.
You will drive the development of reporting and insights to measure the success of GTM plans and combine that with competitor and market context to provide a well rounded summary of the effectiveness of the initiative in delivering against its objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the liaison between Product Management, Sales/Success, Voice of Customer, and Support Operations, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution.
- Manage day-to-day operational queries related to Partner Program and work with enablement teams to build necessary tools to support self-service from front line teams.
- Support the Product Marketing team in conducting market research to understand the market landscape, including trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Support the Product Marketing team in conducting competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
- Orchestrate the execution of the product’s go-to-market plan, aligning it with overall business objectives.
