Product Offer Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Offer Development Manager to join our team at Hanson Group. you will be crucial in creating and driving change management across Engineers, Specifiers, Architects, Associations and Key Policy Makers to bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of product development processes, a keen eye for detail and passion for driving change, ensuring product quality, and meeting market demands for safe and efficient construction materials and systems.
Overall, you will act as a champion for engaging with others, collaborating closely with teams, fostering strong relationships to gather feedback on current products and identify opportunities for change and development.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or equivalent

10 years product marketing experience; commercial product development experience.
Understand how to use insights to shape a commercial strategy and to solve a customer’s problem.
Can identify the recommended pricing strategy through the development of GTM.
Understands the different stakeholders within the different market segments in Construction.
Ability to measure efficiency and effectiveness of offers across the life cycle.
Industrial sector: construction preferred.
