Team Introduction
As Monetization Product Operations (MPO), our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by improving product through Voice of customer, strengthening our self-serve platforms and providing scaled technical support to our clients. Our team is based globally across Austin, Mountainview, London, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Tokyo & Sydney, providing global coverage for our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular monitoring of key business metrics, to provide on-time feedback to relevant stakeholders of the outliers or actionable trend observed
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/bi-monthly business review reports for leaders and key stakeholders to drive business decision making and alignment
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to derive insightful findings beyond the operational metrics, providing actionable insights for both market teams and product teams to improve business processes and systems
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to MPO leaders on high-impact projects and initiatives, be able to deep dive into transcript to identify SOP gaps and improvement areas
  • Safeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data sanctity and support teams data needs
  • Support team engagement initiatives (All Hands, Offsites), plan/conduct events for teams globally
  • Maintain team documents to ensure relevance (e.g. data mapping, support schedules)
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure smooth project execution, drive stakeholder communication/alignment, govern project timeline and ownership

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or above;
  • 3+ years in a digital marketing company, with proven experience in business analysis and project management
  • Practical skills and experience with data analytical & visualising tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableu
  • Strong business analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and data accuracy
  • Able to story-tell based on multiple data sources and business context to derive meaningful and strategic insights for the business
  • Excellent English written (clear document writing, presentation making) and verbal communication skills and strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skill
