REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce or fin-tech industry
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or Python, or with basic familiarity with any programming or markup language syntax
  • Experienced in using & managing Content Management System (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • SKU Management: Oversee the management of SKU inventory, including tracking, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of SKU information in the system.
  • Title launch: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth process from planning to execution.
  • Develop and maintain a tracker for title launches, and ensure that all launches are completed on time.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SKU management, new title launches, and promotional activities, including standard operating procedures, guidelines, and reports/data analysis.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to convey launch plans, coordinate activities, and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to SKU management, promotions, or new title launches, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other duties assigned to support the team
