Description:

Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their Partner Operations team based in the Logan are. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and the willingness to learn with great communication skills.
You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and successful ongoing operations of the business partners, therefore you would need to be comfortable in communicating with people and engineers. If you are tech savvy it is definitely a bonus!
What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Partner Operations team in ground operations activities
  • Facilitating the onboarding activities required to integrate a partner to the companies delivery network
  • Supporting the launches of new sites
  • Supporting community or visitor demonstrations
  • Recording technical and support documentation
  • Monitoring operational dashboards and site activities to gather data and insights
  • Triaging of partner and customer operational queries
  • Advocating for partner success by liaising with other internal teams on operational considerations
  • Additional tasks as required

What You’ll Need:

  • Expereince in technical support or customer support
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digging into data
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience working with external business partners and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Enjoy working in a both a small team and independently
  • Flexible with weekend work
  • Valid Open Australian Drivers Licence

Bonus:

  • Experience working with Engineering teams and technology (apps, backend systems, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Creative flair with the ability to think flexibly and proactively
  • Experience using Google suite
