We are currently seeking a Product Owner, AI & Digital Innovation to join our Digital & Technology team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

• Lead the planning and execution of AI projects within the AI Pod, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs related to generative AI using design thinking methodologies to develop proof of concepts. Includes defining and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances.
• Analyze current and future generative AI trends and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity and translate them into actionable pilots.
• Manage and execute the product roadmap, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring that it reflects the evolving needs of the business.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize user experience.
