POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design and deliver customer-focused digital solutions for insurance policies.
• Prioritize and execute key parts of a strategic delivery stream.
• Perform Agile duties with your delivery team.
• Contribute to a Community of Practice for Product Owner alignment.
• Ensure consistent digital customer experience.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements, stories, and tasks.
• Approve features with the testing team before release.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years Agile experience.
• Experience with large, complex technology stacks, stakeholder management, improving customer journeys, and facilitating workshops.
