Description:

PRODUCT OWNER

The company is in progress with enhancing its digital capabilities; with specific focus on e-banking, e-signature, phone apps, and process digitalisation. In this context a resource is needed to support the Product Owner (PO) in delivering the digital roadmap.
The team is working in an agile mode very closely related to the business functions to ensure that the solutions will serve the business needs in the best possible way.

TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW :

  • Strong documentation skills and capabilities
  • Experience with e-signature and digital banking solutions is a plus

BANKING KNOW-HOW :

  • Medium / advanced banking knowledge
  • Experience interacting with front-facing staff
  • Experience with preparing training material

TOOL KNOW-HOW :

  • MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Any core banking or CRM application is a plus
