Product Owner/Business Analyst

We are partners with one of the leading real estate services companies.
Our project is about modernizing MLS infrastructure, which is currently On-Prem, by transitioning to Amazon Web Services aimed at scaling opportunities. We’re forming a team for our partner and looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst.

IDEAL MATCH FOR THE ROLE:

• Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers;
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
• Experience with Agile practices, Jira/Confluence;
• Experience with infrastructure migration projects;
• Data analytics experience;
• Knowledge of SQL and Postman;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business;
• We’re looking for someone who can see the system components, and understand data flow.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies when it’s needed for successful requirements development.
• Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;
• Understanding of REST API and integrations based on it;
• General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Close cooperation with the development team;
• Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);
• Close communication with customers from the stage of project kick-off to support;
• Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;
• Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control of the project;
• Backend documentation validation;
• Constant communication with the Engagement Team of the customer to formulate or specify the existing requirements;
• Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;
• Daily Scrum meetings participation.
