Product Owner (d/f/m)

We are currently seeking an experienced IT professional to take mixed responsibilities of Product Owner and Delivery lead
to join our dynamic team and help drive the development and success of one of our platforms – Vendor Marketplace. The candidate need to be located in Germany, Poland, Latvia or Portugal.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
• Experience with platform development, integration, and scalability.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Success Measures:
• Ensuring the team operates without major disturbances: Limited Scope change within commitment period.
• Use cases and user stories are available to the team for estimation before sprint planning.
• All stakeholders are listed, expectations and needs clarified, and regular checkpoints established.
• Quarterly commitments and plans are communicated to and discussed with all stakeholders.
• Product increase confirmed value after implementation of selected features in commitment period.

• Acknowledge and establish measurements for current product state.
• Manage and communicate the strategic product roadmap based on customer and market needs.
• Orchestrate all possible request and need channels relevant to the team’s service scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish prioritization guidelines and proactively manage the product backlog.
• Validate business cases with stakeholders and ensure preliminary evaluation of business impact for each request.
• Define the scope of each request with stakeholders and ensure smooth team operations.
• Make selection between huge variety of features with most impact to business and product.
• Regular reporting of delivery and product state to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery, oversee the end-to-end delivery of development items. (delivery lead).
• Ensure the product quality by monitoring the state of product and create reports.
• Coordinate the Product Manager team to improve the product offering available. (PM team coordination)
• Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and execute business initiatives to increase customer reach.
• Develop and present plans to improve the platform.
• Engage with the partners participating in the cooperation. (resellers)
