We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for product management and a knack for agile methodologies to lead our cross-functional teams. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features that meet customer needs.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Passion for technology and data and low-code development in particular

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Wanstor and our client’s organisation to ensure a shared vision and drive product strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories for implementation by the development team.
  • Monitor progress of product development, addressing any issues that arise during the sprint cycles.
  • Promote and grow our data and development practice both internally and within our clients. You’ll be involved in pre-sales discussions, client engagement, sales enablement and marketing.
