ABOUT THE POSITION

Daxtra is growing quickly and currently recruiting for a Product Owner to assist with the ideation, creation, development and support of Daxtra’s current SaaS product line. The Product Owner will be responsible for collaborating on the product vision, writing and prioritizing use cases and requirements, and keeping internal teams updated on upcoming features. This position requires someone who is passionate about understanding our customers, and how our product offerings impact their businesses. This role will provide an individual with the opportunity to work on high visibility, industry-changing products.
As a member of the product management team, you will have the opportunity to help create the product vision and corresponding product roadmap. In this role you will help manage the portfolio of our current generation of software suites, while also working to execute on the vision to create our next generation product platform. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in agile product management
  • Demonstrated experience with agile planning and execution, preference given to candidates with Scrum Product Owner certification
  • Self-motivated with strong task and time management skills
  • Superior communication and analytical skills, including a strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in small team environments
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills coupled with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable with general cloud-computing concepts and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP…)
  • Understanding of enterprise level software design and software productsFamiliarity with the full software development life cycle (e.g., Scrum and Kanban)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leadership, technology, sales, and internal and external partners to help define and deliver the product vision for the next generation of Ecrion’s desktop, website and mobile experience.
  • Assist in the creation, support and enhancement of software products and features which includes ideation, participating in client feedback sessions, staying up to date on competitive analysis, writing stories, creating mockups, responding to client
  • inquiries, and working with Design, Production, Technology and Customer Care to ensure products are working as desired.
  • Act as the product expert to drive plans to revise, streamline or sunset a product.
  • Troubleshoot and test products and feature enhancements with appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, account management and customer care teams on new features, ensuring business and customer needs are met and exceeded; deliver new enhancements on time and on budget.Lead the prioritization and backlog of feature requests, conduct scoping estimates and be a primary point of contact for technical teams.
