WHAT YOU’LL BRING

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce and a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives from start to finish. They should also have a strong understanding of customer-facing applications and be able to demonstrate their technical expertise. • Demonstrated expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies with a proven track record as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.
• Ability to synthesise complex information and focus on pertinent details, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in prioritisation techniques and adept at managing functional dependencies within product backlogs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.Strong influencing skills, capable of gaining consensus and buy-in while fostering collaboration.

As an product owner you will be responsible for :

• Act as the Scrum Product Owner for one or two delivery teams, overseeing the product life cycle.
• Take ownership of the team’s product backlog, ensuring its coherence, prioritisation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Craft clear and concise user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria, facilitating streamlined development processes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for features developed by the team, ensuring
• high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the engineering teams and product stakeholders,

• effectively communicating product vision, objectives, and requirements.Participate in the initial assessment of feature requests, evaluating feasibility and aligning them with business goals.
