About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our Product Management Team in the Nordics. As a Product Owner you will have a key role in driving success for teams working with Customer- and contract management and our CRM capabilities. You will have responsibility for the domain in our CIS system that handles Customer information, Contract management and sales to end consumers and business to business. Your stakeholder management skills are high since you are hands on with our engineering teams backlog and create compelling solutions and presentations to our customers. All of our customers operate in the energy market in the Nordics and you will play a vital role in designing and rolling out solutions to help our customers meet the demands they face in the energy market today and in the future.
About You

We are looking for a person who is eager to learn and can adapt to change, in a dynamic industry. Following new technological trends and modernization is an interest of yours and you possess most of the qualities below:

  • Experience in working as a Product Owner
  • Experience and knowledge of the sales process to B2C and B2B customers (merit if that also includes sales process for Retail companies in the energy market)
  • Confident in using SCRUM methodologies & JIRA
  • Excellent communication in English, and a Nordic language
  • Higher education at BSc/MSc level from IT / Engineering or relevant work experienceExperience from the Energy business is seen as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM and Contract engineering team backlog with an eye for detail and structure.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features. Including management of daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
  • Creating, managing, and communicating product development plans and roadmaps to other teams, customers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Translate product and business strategy by writing features and user stories for the product team.
  • Support the sales team in conversations with strategically important customers to help with demo, sales material and technical documentation.
  • Support in changing ways of working toward, DevOps.
