We are in search of a Product Owner to assist in developing our native iOS applications. We require someone who is customer-focused, analytical, and technically adept; capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. You will recognize the necessity of creating scalable solutions that comply with regulatory standards across various countries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrable experience as a product owner
• Collaboration skills, proactivity with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience in working in Agile/SCRUM environment
• Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
• Desire to do the right thing in the right way
• Open-minded and willing to learn, take guidance from your peers and leadership and sharing your own experience and insights openly. No one person can do everything and be an SME in everything. Working with your development team and product team as a student and a teacher to create a collectively stronger product team.
• Customer focus: knows the importance of technical solutions to enable our colleagues in the shared priority of protecting customers. Understands KPIs and NFRs how to identify and track. Takes time to understand and communicate the needs of end users and internal customers

• Work with senior stakeholders in business and compliance, channel product managers, operations and varied internal customers to understand regulatory and commercial drivers of your products
• Work with business stakeholders, internal customers and other subject-matter experts to understand the details of changes to, or new components you own.
• Express the requirement by working with Architects and Developers to create concise Epics and User Stories to effectively turn the agreed initiatives into workable development requirements.
• Co-write the acceptance criteria and provide KPI’s across the Products and Service under your remit.
• Provide low-level prioritization for work within your associated development team.
• Attend and contribute day to day with scrum teams, cross channel / product alignments and Senior Stakeholders acting as the ‘voice of the customer’.
• Review and approve or reject outputs from sprint deliveries against the acceptance criteria
• Work with development teams to address questions / concerns during sprints
• Understand and be an advocate for the product vision and how it fits into our strategic goals
• Contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for delivering excellence through first class customer safety tools.
• Inspire and motivate the scrum team through a desire to succeed
• Champion and role model the importance of ongoing learning and continuous improvement
