This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the design, configuration, testing, and readiness of our Job Architecture framework that will be the backbone of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Working within our Momentum scaled agile model, you will have the chance to bring the best of external thinking into Suncorp’s future HR service delivery by enabling simple and valued digital experiences for our employees and leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and readiness of a critical framework that will power Suncorp’s future Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Ensure best practice HR practices and external market research are reflected within our future Job Architecture framework
- Champion the Momentum scaled agile delivery model to ensure consistent adoption of the program’s core principles and delivery of the program’s benefits
- Build the future state processes which will enable effective position management
- Engage the HR community in the change journey throughout the design phase and build their change readiness for a successful adoption of the framework
- Foster strong collaboration across a broad cross section of stakeholders and end users within the HR community and across the Suncorp Group to gather and integrate perspectives for the future state design of Job Architecture
