The People Home Program is designed to make a genuine impression on the daily lives of our employees and leaders through reimaging our digital people experience for our Australia and Aotearoa businesses.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to champion the future of HR at Suncorp. Utilising the efficient Momentum scaled agile model, you’ll lead the future state design, configuration, testing, and readiness of a Learning journey within the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
You’ll leverage your domain expertise and collaborative spirit to complement diverse stakeholder inputs, ensuring the system aligns with Suncorp’s strategic vision. Your passion for innovation and global thinking will be instrumental in crafting a user-centric digital experience that empowers both employees and leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Actively drive the adoption of the People Home Program and the Momentum agile model to ensure successful delivery of the new Learning journey within the HCM system
- Integrate the People Home core principles explicitly throughout design, configuration, and deployment phases of the journey
- Define clear requirements for the HCM system that comprehensively address current obligations across Australia and Aotearoa, while also considering future needs of the Suncorp group
- Engage with stakeholders and end-users within PC&A and across Suncorp to gather and integrate diverse perspectives into the future state design of the Learning journey.
- Develop a future state design for the Learning journey that reflects best-in-class HR practices, incorporates external market research, and aligns with Suncorp’s strategic objectives
- Build change readiness within PC&A stakeholders to facilitate smooth digital adoption of the new Learning experience
- Build the future state processes which will enable the Learning journey
