• Coordinate agile software development for the ImpactMonitor platform as well as our internal/B2B products (you will learn more about them in the interview):
• Write user stories, epics, and plan new product features
• In collaboration with our Head of Product prioritise the backlog and keep our roadmap up to date – based on changing requirements
• Define, document and execute product experiments to improve conversion and engagement
• Manage our pharma client requests about new features or improvements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design, UX writing and developmentOnboard new pharma clients to craft engaging ImpactMonitor deployments that harvest and chart effectiveness data
• -and reward the users who share their data with us
• Support the global expansion of our platform starting to enter new European markets
• Define, track and report on metrics to determine feature/product success in the market. Leverage data to deliver results through iterative development
