Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other product owners, developers, and analytics experts to manage the development of new tools, strategies, and applications for machine learning, Gen AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Quickly understand Fannie Mae’s Collateral Products architecture and all the interconnected software components. You should be comfortable learning and working within mature path to production processes.
  • Independently manage delivery of products by understanding business objectives. Use that understanding to build epics, stories, and tasks to define the roadmap and timelines for delivery.
  • Develop process flows with special attention to areas of improvement and efficiency. Understand the customer journey to adapt our tools. Proactively identify blockers, resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
  • Leverage Agile software development experience to lead the delivery work of one or two scrum teams. You will lead initiatives from conception to product adoption ensuring all aspects of the platform are delivered with a high degree of quality and across an efficient timeline.
  • Be a guardian of Fannie Mae’s culture. Build and contribute to an environment where everyone is included and wants to do their best as a shared stakeholder in outcomes
