In order to achieve Vestas’ growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - is required. Digitalization is a key element of this shift in operation. The Digital Customer Channels & Experience department within Digital Solutions is responsible for managing digital products targeted to Vestas’ customers as well as enabling other internal product teams across Vestas working on customer facing solutions. We are in the process of setting-up in-house led digital product teams who is responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products following a product-focused operating model. As our new Digital Product Manager for MarTech you will join a Product Area currently consisting of 3 product teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working as digital Product Owner or Product Manager or alternatively as Digital Marketing specialist from a larger B2B company with proven experience from rolling-out different MarTech tools and platforms: e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Automation, DAM, CMS etc.
  • It is beneficial if you have experience from working in a Product oriented organisation and are used to work with Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and can show how you have been delivering user and company value
  • Fluency in English in both oral and written - Danish is not a prerequisite
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Responsibilities:

  • Digital product ownership of Vestas.com and public microsites including responsibility of optimizing site operation of Vestas.com and public microsites
  • Coordinate the end-to-end design and development of new MarTech products or supervise the selection, onboarding, customization and rollout of existing solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), you will work closely with Marketing and internal Product Teams consuming MarTech services by facilitating discovery activities to identify how to better utilize the tech stack or support new use cases
  • Install a user centric, evidence guided and value oriented mindset within the MarTech product team and among stakeholders and use this to guide the team when prioritizing for future opportunities to solve
  • Run sprint activities together with external consultancy partners
  • Define EPICs, User stories and Sprint Goals incl. acceptance criteria together with product team members based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Set quarterly Goals and Key Results (OKRs)Have an integral part in establishing the Product team together with Engineering Chapter Lead, Technical Area Lead and Product Leader
