USER EXPERIENCE

Ensuring the user experience, you’ll be conducting user research to understand user needs, pain points and behaviours. You’ll therefore, create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualize the end-to-end user experience as well as facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas and solutions. You’ll also develop prototypes (supported by our engineer team) and conduct usability testing to refine service designs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven practical experience as Product Owner/Product Manager preferable for cloud-based services/solutions
University degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Technology or IT education with several years of relevant experience
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools
Experience in design thinking, requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department
Knowledgeable of different software architectures and their impact on application design (like serverless, monoliths, microservices)
Background in software engineering to drive the design and implementation of solutions with development teams following agile methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle
Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics
