Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Product Owner, you’ll be at the forefront of our CRM initiatives, utilizing the powerful capabilities of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Cloud. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping and executing strategies that directly influence thousands of customers and our internal team of 650 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Product Backlog: Act as the primary owner of Accell’s CRM platform, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the cross-functional teams, and external partners such as Wipro, to gather requirements, communicate priorities, and ensure successful implementation of CRM initiatives;
  • Roadmap Development and Execution: Work alongside the CRM Program Manager to define the strategic roadmap for the CRM platform, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. Execute the roadmap by coordinating with development teams, overseeing implementation, and monitoring progress towards goals;
  • Writing User Stories: Craft clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate business requirements and user needs to development teams. Ensure user stories are actionable, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product vision and roadmap;
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate technical knowledge of Salesforce, utilizing its capabilities to enhance marketing, service, sales, and field operations domains;
  • Offshore Collaboration: Utilize past experience working with offshore companies, particularly Wipro, to ensure effective collaboration and resource management;
  • Operational Execution: Focus on the day-to-day operational execution of the CRM platform, ensuring seamless functionality and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
