HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE – AND ON YOUR CAREER:

Versapay is on a mission to find new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We’re seeking an experienced product owner to help lead this mission. The ideal candidate will have lofty ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined backlogs. Most important, we need a product owner who can help us align Versapay’s customer journey, product, processes, and technology to deliver connected experiences by productive, effective VEEPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Salesforce ecosystem vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout.
  • Manage and develop Salesforce team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Work closely with product managers, Salesforce delivery team, and functional teams to create and maintain backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
  • Plan and prioritize development and feature backlog for our Internal Systems architecture.
  • Develop detailed Salesforce feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with strategy.
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
  • Lead Salesforce release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
