Define product vision:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
• Develop a clear vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Develop and prioritize the Roadmap

• Identify and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
• Work closely with development teams to plan sprints and deliveries.

Backlog Management

• Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog in collaboration with development teams.
• Continuously review and adjust priorities based on market changes and customer feedback.

Stakeholder Communication

• Effectively communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Collaboration With Development Teams

• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features.
• Address questions and remove obstacles to ensure efficient development.
