About the role
We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner, Lifecare open platform´s Clinical portfolio at Tietoevry Data Driven Care.
In this role you will be acting as a Product Owner for Clinical portfolio working on top Lifecare open platform. To succeed in this role you preferably have been working with patient information systems before and have gained already good understanding about the variety of workflows in this domain. In your daily work you will be working in close co-operation with both internal and external stakeholders to provide detailed knowledge about your area of expertise. As an Product Owner your main responsibility is to deliver customer value based on teams building the right things.

As an Product Owner you will:

  • Make sure that expectations of product management and our Nordic customers are met in your area of responsibility
  • Lead the development process of prioritized features and change requests by making the development plan and specifications to enable team to work efficiently
  • Make sure that required productization material is produced
  • Work in cross-functional teams consisting of e.g. application specialist, sales, product management, architects
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint goals
  • Enable teams to deliver customer valued features
  • Understand the product related legislation e.g. GDPR, MDD
  • Keep up to date with competition and the market
  • Support the sales process with domain and product knowledge
  • Communicating in customer interface as an expert in your own areas

We expect from you:

  • Preferably previous working experience as a Product Owner
  • Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding
  • Knowledge about patient information systems
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe process and principles
  • Good communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest and expertise in healthcare standards
  • Ability to put together requirements from several different sources and prioritize them together with your team
  • At least top-level technical understanding about decentralized systems
  • Most importantly you are motivated and eager to learn
