Description:
Job Summary: Responsible for SSD Model Numbers and inventory tracking, as well as expediting/fulfilling
customer orders for on-time delivery. Assist with facilities.
Job Duties: Minimum job duties include the following.
- Assist with providing sales/customer service with lead times for quotes/orders.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels on key components.
- Coordinate replenishment of components with Purchasing.
- Create, release, and follow up on work orders.
- Coordinate work order issues/priorities with all departments necessary.
- Work closely with the Materials Manager on all SSD products & coordinate any unusual demands.
- Work closely with the Materials Manager to give proper priority to materials and communicate any
issues.
- Review backlog and shipments daily.
- Assist in the stockroom as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills/Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience involving production control activities requiring
scheduling and shipping/receiving strongly preferred. Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Business-related
degree preferred.
Physical demands: Able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to perform repetitive work
and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
