Description:

As an expert professional in your area, you execute Hematology marketing plan in the assigned territory and be the subject matter expert (SME) thoughtout the sales process:

  • Strength relationship with KOL leaders and Important decision makers on the assigned territories;
  • Translate Sysmex Strategy and marketing plan into field initiatives and activities
  • Is active part of the sales process for public tenders and complex RfP, performing product presentations and solution selling;
  • Drive increase of Market Share in the assigned territories and expand the Sysmex’s Share of Wallet on its Lighthouse accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent. PhD is a plus
  • Business Management qualification would be plus
  • Fluent English;
  • Proficient with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)

GENERAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of cumulative experience on IVD industry in commercial functions (sales, marketing, or application support)
  • Hands-on experience in the field is a plus

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR THE POSITION:

  • Scientific and Product knowledge (Expert) in Hematology
  • Previous experience in sales is a strong plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all marketing activities in the assigned territory, in alignment with Sysmex strategy and marketing plan;
  • Responsible to achieve the expected ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Together with Sales team, responsible to achieve all sales objective and key commercial metrics,
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Sysmex Solutions, their value proposition, impact customer’s operations and key differentiator with competitors;
  • Able to articulate and discuss scientific and clinical value with laboratory stakeholders and physicians;
  • Perform class-room and on-the-job training to the sales team to drive sales excellence
  • Gain valuable insights on market, competition, and customer evolution to improve marketing strategy and objection handling;
  • Prepare analysis of market trends and competitive presence and strategy in the market;
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored-mades solutions together with sales, application, and service team;
  • Apply value selling methodologies by understanding needs and critical success factors, showing the benefits solutions for each stakeholders;
  • Lead the preparation of technical documentationt for public tenders and post-award analysis of prices and competitive materials;
  • Provide information to the legal team in case of tenders-related lawsuits;
  • Support all activities related to product lifecycle management;
  • Partecipate to events and congresses, both at local and national level;
  • Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions and mobilizing the right resources to drive commercial success;
  • Trace the sales process and activities by maintaining updated information on the CRM system, including pipeline progress, areas of risk and opportunity, and follow-up of action plans;
    This role requires the employee to be able of visit clinical laboratories and departments
