We are searching for a detail-oriented Product Process & Master Data Specialist, dedicated to life outdoors, who would love to join us in shaping the Haglöfs brand for the future. The position is a permanent full-time position, based at our HQ, and will report to the Head of Category.
As our Product Process & Master Data Specialist you will have a key position within the Haglöfs Category team and the company. The Category team is responsible for driving the product strategy from market-, and product analyse to seasonal product launch. The team leads the Go To Market process and are the backbone of the seasonal development cycle.
Skills & Requirements
The role requires high administrative skills as well a good understanding of the product development- and production cycle as your main function is to oversee and control the Master Data as well as the Product related processes. Additionally, the role supports, drives, and innovates where needed. It is a versatile and broad role in terms of contact points, knowledge, and skillset.

Be the system-, and process owner for Centric PLM system.
Own Master Data from start in PLM to finish in B2B system. You will ensure master data accuracy and compliance towards integration deadlines.
Control and develop Haglöfs Product development processes and master timeline.
Provide Product range data for analysis.
Project lead Product passport integration
Manage process-, and communication improvement cross functions.
System integration support
Actively contribute to building brand culture.
