In this exciting role, you’ll be our Product Procurement Manager. You’ll play a vital role in transforming our creative ideas into the amazing products that delight customers worldwide. Working closely with our Product Managers and Category Heads, you’ll manage a category-focused matrix, ensuring we source the best products at competitive prices.

Beyond category management, you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Building and Leading the Global Supplier Matrix: You’ll be the architect of our global supplier network, fostering strong relationships with existing vendors and identifying new ones to join the Flying Tiger family.
  • Expert Negotiation and Cost Optimization: You’ll lead the negotiation process for all products within your assigned categories, securing the best possible terms while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strategic Sourcing Projects: You’ll spearhead sourcing projects for both new and existing products, utilizing your expertise to identify the best solutions through tender rounds and competitive bidding.
  • Open Cost Sheet Implementation: Transparency is key! You’ll implement and utilize open cost sheets to ensure smooth and successful negotiations.
  • Claims Management: You’ll be responsible for handling claims and negotiations within your assigned categories, ensuring any sourcing issues are resolved efficiently.
