You will be responsible for sustaining quality management for many of Apple’s Softgoods products.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Key Qualifications

• Project management experience influencing others while having no direct authority
• Experience working with high volume international manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites
• Results driven and detail oriented leadership experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to present to management
• Data-driven and results-oriented approach to problem solving
• Reliability methods and quality sampling methodologies
• Finance/business acumen - understand cost drivers and derive/optimize costs associated with managing quality
• Solid understanding of field performance
• International experience, particularly in Asia is a plus

• Technical knowledge related to Softgoods products is a plusExperience with packout & supply chain logistics is a plus

DESCRIPTION

Description
Drive on-going product improvements with cross-functional and OEM partners Conduct periodic reviews of Field and Factory Quality Data with internal and external partners Define and manage ongoing quality testing and associated costs Lead quality escalations to closure by applying a balance of technical and program management skills Prepare information for final decision to release a new product Lead field quality evaluation after product launch Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams, and the supply chain Consolidate detailed and cross-functional data into concise executive briefings Ability to travel up to 15%
