WHAT YOU WILL DO
At Volvo Group Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. As a Technical & Product Quality Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and resolving quality issues, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
You will:
- Take the reins in managing and resolving Market Quality Reports and Dealer Quality Reports with skill and knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between our team and the Global Trucks Technology and Global Truck Operations, ensuring seamless communication on technical matters.
- Showcase your versatility by actively participating in the management of our Help Desk on a rotational basis.
- Prepare and deliver engaging Quality Run Through’s, engaging both internal teams and dealers.
- Dive deep into the technical realm as you ensure that quality defects reported within the Argus system are promptly addressed through Market Quality Reports and Argus.
- Be the go-to person for providing technical support to our Dealer/Importer network and field personnel, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to excel.
- Embark on the role of Defect Detective, accepting the challenge of investigating warranty data through rigorous quality analytics. Unravel the mysteries of fault frequency and play a pivotal role in the acceptance and resolution of quality defect cases logged by dealers within Argus. Additionally, contribute to technical investigations as needed.
