As a Product Safety Customer Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products for our valued customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to communicate product safety features, answer technical questions, and provide process safety information to clients. Your expertise in risk-based process safety, hazard analysis, and functional safety will be essential in driving our commitment to safety excellence.

• Support CSE/COE projects and deliveries.
• Communicate product safety features in detailed engineering terms to clients.
• Answer detailed technical functional safety questions from clients.
• Generate and provide process safety information to clients.
• Lead or participate in PHA (HAZOP/LOPA) and interface HAZOP with clients.
• Ensure recommendations for customer HAZOP are communicated and closed with platform teams.
• Ensure product safety processes are used in the integration and customization of products.
• Generate reports and customize manuals as necessary to support unique applications.
• Lead incident reviews and product safety hazard analysis when warranted.
