Responsibilities:

As a Product Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling the responsiveness and timeliness metrics for Customer Claim Management cases in the area of responsibility
  • Leading troubleshooting and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. Investigates technical issues and define the recovery strategy
  • Coordinating multifunctional teams to deliver root cause failure analyses (RCA), in deep cooperation with BH iCenter M&D team
  • Providing technical support to site team during plant outages and follow up the implementation phase, supporting the responsible functions
  • Keeping Professional within own technical specialty for new products introduction activity, performance improvements, cost reductions and problem resolutions
  • Defining the execution plan and manages issues, in agreement with the overall strategy of Product Service and Services Engineerin

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Have 5+ years experience in Aeroderivative/Heavy Duty Gas turbine (Axial or Centrifugal Compressor) design, manufacturing, repair or product service
  • Have 3+ years field experience in Turbomachinery Rotating Equipment, and/or Troubleshooting role is an advantage
  • Have good knowledge of vibration analysis and troubleshooting, basic thermodynamic and performances calculation
  • Be able to read project drawings, design specification, update as running, read and interpret datasheet and BoM
  • Have fluency in English languag
