Description:

Reporting to the Marketing Director ANZ the Product & Services Manager will be the strategic and operational lead for Goodyear/Dunlop Fleet product including interaction with Regional and Global stakeholders. You will manage Goodyear and Dunlop commercial product portfolio sourcing from distribution partners and manage all related product and services including budget range & tyres services.
Whilst the focus of this role is product management there are other responsibilities within this role outside of product management include reporting, admin & system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans to communicate the features and benefits of fleet/commercial product and service offering to distribution partners and commercial customers.
  • Drive performance reporting for products and services delivered in the Fleet offering, including customer research and feedback.
  • drive market research on current trending products, influence pricing, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentations and events.
  • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ within the company, precisely researching commercial product needs and experiences.
  • Responsible for the relationship management between retread providers, commercial product distributors and the business.
  • Manage all E-claim warranties, renew and approve E-claims & problem handling through to resolution.
  • CPK Management including all KM data collection and ongoing maintenance & generating expense reporting.
  • Maintain the product master & ensure all catalogues are up to date and communicated to stakeholders as needed.
