Description:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and Product Development process and project lifecycles
  • Minimum 3 years mortgage industry experience related to initial disclosures and closing documents or equivalent experience supporting Encompass and/or EDS
  • Experience as a Solutions Analyst, Product Solutions Analyst, or similar role is helpful
  • Experience and expertise in the mortgage origination through closing processes
  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, CA, FHA, USDA and CFPB guidelines is helpful
  • Effectiveness in a role that requires multi-tasking, flexibility, and strong coordination skills
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking skills to manage and execute high quality solutions; exhibit high regard for teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience with communicating change requirements and timelines.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to convey customer and business implications/needs
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Salesforce and Collaboration tools

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Product Solutions Analyst is responsible for the configuration, creation, testing, deployment, and quality assurance of all custom forms accessible through ICE Mortgage Technology’s (IMT) Encompass Document Solution (EDS) service. The Analyst works with internal stakeholders, with Lenders, and with Investors to define, scope, and execute configuration and custom form development to the strict specification and needs of the requester.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute EDS configuration and form creation and modification requests per Client/Investor specification.
  • Collaborate with requesters and teammates to manage Statements of Work (SOW) - defining and refining requirements.
  • Maintain a standard of high quality in all outputs - executing with consistent precision.
  • Consult cross-functionally as necessary, including with Product Compliance, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure mitigation of risk while meeting project requirements.
  • Work closely with Product team to consult and facilitate the integration and implementation of new relevant initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed QA and Production testing on all form development projects as per department SLAs.
  • Execute and deploy all configuration and customizations according to department SLAs.
  • Collaborate as required in cross functional informational meetings and check-ins.
  • Work with the Compliance team to validate business requirements for new forms and compliance settings such as State Late Fee updates on global forms.
  • Perform detailed research, analysis, and resolution to incoming inquiries by providing sound and accurate solutions or recommendations.
  • Define, document, and update new or existing department processes and best practices.
