THIS IS THE KIND OF EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:
- Education: HBO / WO education; Marketing education NIMA A-B
- Demonstrable expertise in marketing activities, such as segmentation, voice of the customer, messaging, value proposition development
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management / Marketing experience in the clinical chemistry lab portfolios
- Knowledge of organizational aspects of Laboratories
- Knowledge of (or strong passion for) lab automation, digital infrastructure in laboratories and lab software solutions is considered a plus
- Ability to work cross culturally
- Proficient level in Dutch and English language
- Experience in a service-providing position
Responsibilities:
- Strong collaboration and partnership with sales teams on customer facing presentations, demos and strategic discussions and help win tenders
- Manage “on market’’ product lines for assigned portfolio and develop business area mastery to include understanding of market segments, business model, analysis of key metrics that define success, forecasting sales and product, share performance, trends, competition, customer critical success factors and needs through interaction with customers for integration with programs.
- Responsible for developing business and marketing plans for assigned areas, market positioning, sales plans, and implementation strategies. Participates in and evaluates market research and analysis, promotions, and advertising associated with assigned segments, brands or products; assesses their success against the company OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
- Be involved in translating global strategy into local marketing programs or translating local marketing programs into segment specific initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategy and tactics, with alignment to strategic plan to accomplish business objectives (OKRs)
- Work with cross-functional teams to articulate the value our portfolio brings to customers and actively manage and develop strategic initiatives around the life cycle of certain product lines.
